Water to be supplied by the client, not more than 30m from the work area.
Electricity Supply
Electricity must be not more than 30m away from the current work area.
220v Electricity required for the following services:
- Core drilling up to 600mm diameter.
- Civil Works.
- Concrete Repair and Rehabilitation.
- Concrete Scanning and Diagnostics.
- Civil Construction.
Three-phase Electricity required for the following services:
- Core Drilling of holes larger than 600mm diameter.
- Wall Sawing.
- Wire Cutting.
- Pressure Washing
Core Drilling
Only normal reinforced concrete with a maximum Y20 reinforcing is allowed unless otherwise specified.
Prices
Prices exclude medicals, inductions, and safety files unless otherwise specified.
Quotation Validity
Quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.
Payment Terms
Full upfront payment is required unless otherwise specified or agreed. Late payments may incur interest charges (2% per month).
Client Responsibilities
The client must provide access to the work site and ensure the site conditions meet safety requirements. Any delays or additional costs resulting from inadequate site conditions will be the client’s responsibility.
Access and Scaffolding
Safe access and scaffolding are to be supplied by the client.
Safety Regulations
The company will adhere to all safety regulations and
standards during the provision of services. The client must also ensure that appropriate safety measures are in place at the work site.
Purchase Order / Estimate
A Purchase Order or signed Estimate is required before any work can start.
Pricing Adjustments
All quotations are subject to change based on project requirements.
Pricing may vary depending on project complexity, accessibility, and additional
services required.
Scheduling
Scheduling of services will be agreed upon between the client and the company.
Any changes to the schedule must be communicated and agreed upon in advance.
Intellectual Property
Any intellectual property, including designs, plans, and techniques developed or used during the project, remains the property of the company.
Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice in the event of a material breach by the other party. Termination will not relieve either party of any outstanding obligations or liabilities.
Dispute Resolution
Disputes will be resolved through negotiation and mediation. If mediation is unsuccessful, disputes may be referred to arbitration or litigation as outlined in the agreement.
Force Majeure
The company will not be liable for delays or failures to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its control, such as natural disasters or government actions.
Amendments
Any amendments or modifications to the agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties.

In the event of significant changes in business conditions, the company reserves the right to either proceed with or terminate the execution of the work at its discretion.
